How safe is my credit card number using the new web store?

Your credit card number will be encrypted. TSHA staff will not have access to view your credit card number.

What are my Payment options?

You may order online with a VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Orders may also be completed by phone, fax, or mail.

Is it possible to support TSHA using the shopping cart?

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and 2-3 business days for shipping.

I am in a hurry to receive my item as a gift. Can I use expedited shipping?

How do I use a coupon?

I only received part of my order. What do I do?

Some orders will be sent in separate packages. In order to offer our customers a vast collection of books, artwork, and other merchandise, we have partnered with several presses and vendors. All maps and artwork is shipped separately in a tube to help ensure the artwork arrives intact. If your artwork does arrive damaged, please contact Customer Support. Additionally, your order may have been shipped from separate warehouses and in these cases will arrive in separate packages. Typically, these packages will arrive within a few days of each other. If more time has passed, or you are missing items, please contact Customer Support.
