Order Policies & Returns
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
Orders from individuals must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank or charged to your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card.
Texas residents, 8.25% sales tax will be added to the total price of books ordered.
Website discounts apply only to orders that are placed through the website via credit card.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Some orders will be sent in separate packages. In order to offer our customers a vast collection of books, artwork, and other merchandise, we have partnered with several
presses and vendors. All maps and artwork is shipped separately in a tube to help ensure the artwork arrives intact. If your artwork does arrive damaged, please contact
Customer Support. Additionally, your order may have been shipped from separate warehouses and in these cases will arrive in separate packages. Typically, these packages
will arrive within a few days of each other. If more time has passed, or you are missing items, please contact Customer Support.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. To be eligible for credit, books must be clean, saleable, and in print.
Full credit will be issued for returns accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Credits can be redeemed via store credit or by check payment.
At this time we are unable to issue credits back to card used as form of original payment. Absent the invoice, credit will be applied at our maximum
discount level. Shortages and defective books must be reported within 30 days of invoice date.
